We had an amazing experience with Oidin Broker while buying our first home. I used them to secure both my family home mortgage and the necessary life insurance/mortgage protection, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Due to personal circumstances outside of my control, my application became a very drawn-out process. However, Ross showed incredible patience and understanding throughout. They guided me step-by-step, taking the stress off my shoulders by liaising directly with both the mortgage provider and my solicitor to keep everything moving. When I started to look for properties to buy, I was recommended by friend to get a broker and Odin brokers were the most knowledgeable and reliable brokers that I found. I was hunting houses for 2 years and they were with me since the beginning, they guided me to the whole process, documentation and even on the final and most stressful phase they tipped me with a lot of extra and helpful information. All staffs are SUPER available for all your requests and as my English is not my native language, they were always very patient explaining many times and different ways to make sure I was comfortable with the information given.
